Refund Policy

We truly hope you love your new item.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund policy carefully before submitting a return request.


Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All tags, packaging, and labels must still be attached.

  • The product must not show any signs of wear, washing, or damage.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.


Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
After this period, we can no longer offer refunds or exchanges.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Custom or discounted items (e.g., promotional sales, Black Friday offers)


How to Request a Refund

To start your refund request, please contact our customer service team at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item (unworn, with tags visible)

  • A short explanation of the reason for return

Our team will review your request and provide you with the return instructions if your item qualifies.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  3. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at service@kikilovelife.com.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to change an item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
