Shipping & Returns
Please read this section carefully before requesting a return.
6. Return Eligibility
For hygiene and quality reasons, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and in perfect condition

All original tags, labels, and packaging are still attached

The product shows no signs of wear, stains, odours, damage or washing
If an item appears worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way, it will not be eligible for a refund and may be sent back to you at your expense.
7. Return Period
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
After this 14-day period, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, except in the case of proven defects.
8. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

Clear photos of the item (showing that it is unworn, with tags)

The reason for your return

Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, send you the return instructions and return address.
Important:
Do not send any parcel back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
9. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our side.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
10. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within [5–10 business days] to your original payment method.
Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If return shipping was prepaid by us (only if agreed in advance), this amount may be deducted from your refund.
11. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item:

12. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Your order number

Photos of the defect / damage

Photos of the packaging

If the defect is confirmed, we will offer:

A replacement (if stock is available), or

A refund, including reasonable return shipping costs (if agreed in advance).
